What areas around Lehi do you serve?

We serve Lehi and all the surrounding Utah County communities — American Fork, Saratoga Springs, Highland, Alpine, Cedar Hills, Pleasant Grove, Draper, and Orem. We also provide long-distance rides to SLC Airport and Park City. If you're anywhere near the Point of the Mountain, we've got you covered, friend.

How far in advance should I book a ride?

We recommend booking at least 2 hours ahead for local rides and 24 hours for airport transfers. That said, we do accommodate same-day requests when we can — especially for those oh-my-heck-I-need-a-ride-right-now moments. Early morning airport runs? Book the night before so you're not sweating it.

Do you provide car seats for kids?

Yes, we do! We have booster seats and forward-facing car seats available upon request. Just let us know when you book if you need one — no extra charge. We know Utah families come first, and safety isn't something we mess around with.

Which airports do you service?

Our primary airport service is to and from Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC). We also provide rides to Provo Municipal Airport upon request. The drive from Lehi to SLC typically takes about 35-45 minutes depending on I-15 traffic — and trust us, we know every shortcut through the Point of the Mountain.

How do you handle flight delays?

We track your flight in real time, so if your plane is running late, we adjust accordingly. No extra fees for flight delays — that's just part of the service. We'll be there when you land, not a minute before you need us. No gnarly surprise charges, we promise.

Can I make multiple stops on one trip?

Absolutely! Need to grab a pop from the store on the way home from the airport? Want to swing by Thanksgiving Point before heading to your hotel? We can add stops for a small additional fee. Just mention it when you book and we'll plan the route accordingly.

What's your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made more than 2 hours before your scheduled pickup are fully refunded. Cancellations within 2 hours may incur a small fee. We get it — plans change, and sometimes life throws a curveball. Just give us a heads-up and we'll work with you. No hard feelings, no fetchin' drama.
